# Capitol Ledger

> Congressional disclosure research from official U.S. House filings, with auditable dates and synthetic disclosure-ledger snapshots.

The agent API is an invited pilot: approval required, 14 days,
1000 authenticated requests per UTC day, and no payment or automatic conversion.
This is research data, not investment advice or order execution. Senate data is excluded.
Transaction dates, filing availability, and collection times are distinct. Disclosed
amounts are ranges; synthetic ledger values use midpoint estimates.
